Mr. Garcia Jones earned his undergraduate degree with honors in history and political science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from George Washington University Law School. While in law school, he externed with the Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Clinic. He is licensed to practice in Virginia.

With experience in private, non-profit, and public sectors, Mr. Garcia Jones has two decades of legal experience having worked on Capitol Hill, served as a legislative analyst, and represented individuals and businesses. He has defended clients in high-stakes traffic cases, helping them protect their records and minimize penalties. His legal expertise also includes litigation at the state and federal levels.

Personal Life

Originally from Spain, Mr. Garcia Jones now resides in Fairfax, Virginia, with his wife and six children. Fluent in Spanish, he combines his broad experience and commitment to justice to advocate effectively for his clients in all legal matters.
